Terms and Conditions

Franchisors are eligible to enter all available franchisor and special recognition awards. 

Franchisees are eligible to enter all available franchisee categories and any special recognition awards category of interest.

Supplier companies are eligible to enter the Franchise Supplier of the Year Category only.

The financial information is provided on a confidential basis for the judges' alone to support your entry and will not be shared with anyone else or made publicly available anywhere else. 

For entries to be valid, applicants must complete all the relevant questions and adhere to the word count specified. Please ensure all information provided is accurate and correct as it may be used for promotional purposes if you progress to the Finalist stage.

Our independent adjudication panel ensures that the judging process is fair and equitable to all.

The judging panel decision is final. 

The lead judge of the Judging panel will have the casting vote if finalists are inseparable.

The closing date for entries is January 16th 2026.

Entry for Irish Franchise Association members is free of charge. Non-members of the association will be charged an administration fee of €150 for entry. Once the administration fee of €150 is paid, they can enter as many award categories as desired. 

By entering the awards you agree to your marketing materials provided being used to promote the Irish Franchise Awards and the Irish Franchise Association in visuals, photography, video, print and on social media.



The judges may contact you for further documentation to support your entry via the contact information you have provided and may request an online or in person meeting to discuss through your application. This will only be in exceptional circumstances where the adjudication panel cannot separate the entrants on paper.
