Latest News Top franchises announced at Ulster Bank Irish Franchise Association Awards 2010. On Friday, February 19th at Croke Park, Dublin the winners of the Irish Franchise Awards 2010 were announced at a formal black-tie award ceremony officiated by Mr Conor Lenihan, Minister for Science, Technology & Innovation.
